KOSCIUSKO COUNTY REMC This is the new REMC corporate facility involving a complete design/build total site and building construction project. The owner moved in November 2005. This facility features a geothermal heating system for the entire building, including a 1.7 acre water storage pond. Their new 50,000 sf shop/truck service building is heated by an in-floor radiant hot water heating system. All performed by the Robinson Construction, Inc. design/build team. The facility also includes a 20,000 sf corporate office facility featuring the Reward ICF system combined with a conventional structural steel roof framing package. We provided all details for the architecture, engineering, sitework and permitting, working closely with the owner to meet their needs.
